We accept payment via credit/debit cards and PromptPay. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider, Omise.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product details or pricing, or errors in your order.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price applicable to your order will be the price at the time of placing the order.

6. Delivery

We deliver to specified areas within Thailand. Delivery times and fees are displayed at checkout.

We strive to deliver orders within the specified timeframe. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns once delivered. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of products, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

You may cancel an order free of charge if done before the order is processed. Once processed, cancellation fees may apply.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

8. Product Quality

We strive to provide fresh, high-quality flowers. Flowers are natural products and may vary slightly in color, size, and appearance from images shown.

If certain flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with flowers of equal quality and value.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of NuiFlowers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NuiFlowers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
